These pages are filled with a tool that I used to calm my neurodivergent mind during a time of high stress and legitimate crisis. They worked to distract my anxious, panicked, and often bored brain. I hope these pages do the same for you.

I designed the pages for you after some soul-searching and research into how the neurodivergent brain works. Our brains are always going. They are overthinking, overemoting, overanalyzing, and more. The one thing I’ve found to quiet or begin to calm a brain in this state is to switch the brain from emotions to art.

The Starseed Panic Pages force the brain from emotion-based thinking to logic-based reasoning. Each page looks like a color-by-numbers adventure. It’s not. Instead, these pages can manipulate and activate the microfocus switch in a neurodivergent brain. In my experience and research, doing so seems to move the brain away from emotions and to overthink the problem at hand, finding numbers to color and writing up inner thoughts in the journal prompts.
